On 20 January 2023, Grampari completed 15 years. With the participation of the villagers, the support of donors, and the cooperation of government officials, this journey of Grampari has been very positive and successful.
During this journey, it was decided to celebrate the entire year with the people who contributed to this work and with those in need whom the organization has been able to support. Accordingly, this milestone year was celebrated by organizing programs every month.

The concluding program of the year-long celebration marking 15 years of partnership between the villages and Grampari, which began on 20 January 2023, was held over two days.
On the first day, 560 people from 32 villages where Grampari works participated. In addition, some individuals who support Grampari’s work in the villages were also present. To help resolve differences among people and villages and to encourage dialogue, a dedicated space was created on the Grampari campus called “Akhegani Chavdi,” and it was formally inaugurated.
Representatives from villages and communities who have benefited from Grampari’s various programs shared their experiences on stage. Following this, Peter Wicker, who has been consistently supporting Grampari for the past four years, shared his thoughts. He explained that his grandfather once reflected on the need to support the workers in his company and improve their income. With collective effort, they created a fund for the workers, which helped them financially. As a result, the workers became more productive, and the company also benefited. Over time, as workers began earning better wages, the need for the fund reduced. Now, those resources are used to support organizations like Grampari.
On the second day, donors were taken to the villages to observe the work carried out on the ground. Along with visiting project sites, they interacted with the villagers. They learned about the impact of initiatives such as the school handwashing program, spring conservation, solid and liquid waste management, and support provided during the COVID period. They also took the opportunity to understand other issues faced by the villages.
